On-site additional Registration Fee

Please, register by Sunday November 2 at latest.
Note that we will charge an additional fee of 50 Euro for on-site registrations to the Main Conference and/or Workshop/Tutorial.

Conference Registration Fees

On/before August 25, 2008

  • - Regular Registration (includes excursion to Padua and Social Dinner):  430 Euro: 
  • - Student Registration* (includes excursion to Padua and Social Dinner):   250 Euro

After, August 25, 2008

  • - Regular Registration (includes excursion to Padua and Social Dinner):  480 Euro: 
  • - Student Registration* (includes excursion to Padua and Social Dinner):   280 Euro

* Valid student ID is required at the registration Desk when picking up the registration kit during the Conference. Student registration covers all the Conference, including excursion to Padua and Social Dinner

Workshop/Tutorial Registration Fees

On/Before August 25, 2008

  • - Regular Registration to each workshop without Conference registration* 150 Euro
  • - Student Registration to each workshop without Conference registration* 100 Euro
  • - Registration to all workshops, in addition to Conference fee:  100 Euro
  • - Student Registration to all workshops, in addition to Conference Fee:  60 Euro

After August 25, 2008

  • - Regular Registration to each workshop without Conference registration* 200 Euro
  • - Student Registration to each workshop without Conference registration* 130 Euro
  • - Registration to all workshops, in addition to Conference fee:  150 Euro
  • - Student Registration to all workshops, in addition to Conference Fee:  90 Euro

* To participate to the excursion to Padua and Social Dinner, add 120 Euro for advanced registration and 150 for late registration

For Authors of Accepted Contributions

Advanced registration before August 25, 2008 is required to upload the camera ready version of accepted contributions. For each contribution at least one author (with regular registration) should be registered in advanced.

For Authors of Accepted Contributions to Workshops

"Early registration" date for author presenting the paper at the workshop is October 13th. Only one of the authors of the workshop papers  will be able to register at the workshop and at the conference at "early registration fee" until  October 13th. The other authors willing to register to the conference need to register before the 25th of August to take advantage of the early registration fee. "
